Customer service was great. I hate I don't remember the guy's name who helped me. He was really nice. The delivery guys were awesome. They had my furniture set up in less than 30 minutes. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received from them.

We recently moved to the Memphis area. We just happened to drive by and saw this place. I am so glad that we decided to stop and go inside. 901 Home Furniture has very reasonable prices and excellent service. Omar answered all our questions and helped us choose the right sofa based on our needs. He also said that he can special order a wide selection of furniture including any of the Ashley furniture (except the Ashley exclusive). I would like to personally thank C.C. She is a gem. She is not only polite and friendly over the phone but I could not wait to meet the friendly 901 professional. We did a few price matches that I didn’t know were available to me. While she took care of my paperwork she let me get a massage in the $6,000.00 massage chair. If she hadn’t done a good…..the chair did. Thanks to the 901 and C.C. I’ll do another review after I get my furniture as promised
